Major advancements in Direct-to-Garment printing have been introduced via next-generation industrial presses from M&R™, Kornit™ and others.

Having set out to develop the best substrate for DTG, we use a series of processes to achieve the ideal smooth surface, even on previously difficult 20-single heavyweight fabric.

Given that a major issue with DTG has been the required pre-treatment times, we‘ve developed a combination of non-ionic hydrophllic finishing and other processes to cut cycle times down through improved moisture absorption times, creating huge gains in production time.
